Micro thermal gas mass flow meters adopt high-sensitivity MEMS/platinum sensors for ultra-small gas flow testing. Compact threaded body, fast response, zero drift resistance, supporting 4-20mA, RS485. Compact structure, specifically designed for measuring small pipes and small flows.
