| Operating Mode: | Heating meter mode: Only calculates heat; this is the instrument's default mode. "H" represents heat. Cooling meter mode: Only calculates cooling. "R" represents cooling. Cooling/Heating meter mode: Both cooling and heating are calculated and displayed separately. |
| Nominal Diameter: | DN10 ~ DN2000 |
| Flow Rate Unit: | L/s, L/m, L/h, m³/s, m³/m, m³/h. Totalizer Units: m³, L |
| Cold/Heat Unit: | Four selectable options: MJ/h, GJ/h, KWh/h, MWh/h. Totalizer Units: MJ, GJ, KWh, MWh |
| Measurement Damping Time: | This refers to the filtering time. A long damping time improves the stability of the flow display and the output signal, making it suitable for pulsating flow measurements where total accumulation is needed. A short damping time provides a faster measurement response, which is suitable for real-time production process control. |
| Flow Direction Selection: | If the actual fluid direction during commissioning does not match the design direction, there is no need to swap the excitation or signal wire connections. Instead, the setting can be adjusted using the "flow direction" parameter. |
| Flow Zero Correction: | When performing zero point correction, ensure the sensor pipe is completely filled with fluid and that the fluid is in a static (non-moving) state. The flow zero point is expressed in terms of flow velocity, with the unit mm/s. |
| Small Signal Cutoff Point: | This point is set using a flow rate value. When the signal is below this cut-off point, the meter will only display the flow velocity; the display and signal output for flow rate and percentage will be cut off (suppressed). |
| Temperature difference signal cutoff: | When the temperature difference between the inlet and outlet is lower than this setting, the meter does not calculate heat or cooling energy. |
| Reverse measurement disabled: | Equipped with a reverse output prohibition function. When set to "Prohibited", heat and cooling energy are not calculated, there is no output, and only the flow velocity is displayed. When set to "Allowed", the heat meter works normally. Since, in principle, reverse flow should not be used to calculate heat or cooling energy, the default setting is "Prohibited". |
| Output parameters: | Current output: outputs for flow, heat, cooling, heating/cooling, heating/cooling status, flow direction. Pulse output: flow pulse, heat pulse, cooling pulse, heating/cooling pulse. Frequency output upper limit: frequency corresponds to flow percentage output (does not correspond to heat and cooling), range selectable from 1~5000. Starting water temperature for heat/cooling meters: when the temperature is lower than the set temperature, the meter does not calculate heat or cooling energy. |
| Temperature parameters: | Working pressure parameters: 0.6MPa and 1.6MPa pressure options available. Inlet/outlet temperature zero point and temperature calibration: three-wire bridge connection for Pt1000 and Pt100 RTD. RTD (Resistance Temperature Detector) features selection functions for both Pt1000 and Pt100 types. |
